Julie brings 25 years of business experience in Sales, Sales Leadership and

Amy P. Kelly

Amy is an HR and Learning and Organizational Development executive that creates award winning human resources and learning and development programs. In her role as Chief Consultant for The Jon Gordon Companies "Power of a Positive Team" Consulting Practice, Amy speaks and leads development programs for executives and their teams all over the world.

Amy is a graduate of the George Mason University's Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being Program and the co-author of "The Energy Bus Field Guide", a road map to fueling your life, work and team with positive energy. Amy is also an active member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and ATD (Association for Talent Development), because she believes learning and development is a part of maximizing a growth mindset for continuous personal growth and delivering excellence as a part of any organization or team.

In her human resources and organizational development engagements, Amy creates human capital strategies designed to enhance performance and profitability, while building vibrant cultures for any size team to attract and retain top-performing talent.

Chad Busick

Chad brings a unique hybrid of experience to the Jon Gordon team. His corporate background includes over 20 years in sales and sales management across multiple industries. Chad enjoys taking employees and companies through workshops and trainings that build meaningful connections and positive culture within the organization.

Chad's extensive experience in sports allows him to easily connect with clients in the athletic arena. A former college athlete, he spent 10 years coaching competitive teams and holds a National D Coaching License with US Soccer. Following his coaching career, Chad has spent 7+ years working with players, coaches and teams which includes work with DI, DII, DIII, and NAIA schools at the college level as well as work with high school and competitive teams across a wide variety of sports.

Chad is also the host of The Championship Mindset Podcast and published author of his book, The Rock Tumbler. Chad lives in San Diego with his wife, Jennifer of 26 years. Together they have two daughters. In his free time, Chad enjoys playing golf as well as spending time hiking or at the beach.

Chad is dedicated to meeting others where they are and helping them get to where they want to
go. Whether it's in business, education or athletics, Chad helps others achieve excellence in a competitive world.

Jim Van Allan

Jim is a Professor of Speech Communication at Keiser University near West Palm Beach, Fl. He serves as the Teaching and Learning Center Coordinator at the university where he helps students develop better test-taking and study habits  and encourages instructors to be more effective communicators and to develop relationships with students and colleagues.

In his dynamic, humorous and audience engaging presentations, Jim shares a compelling roadmap to overcome adversity and challenges and how to bring out the best in yourself and others. His “rules for the road” are based on real-life experiences that help people excel in their relationships, family, career, school, and more. He believes in the power of effective communication strategies to build successful leaders and teams.

Jade Gordon

Jade Gordon knows the power of positive leadership principles better than anyone, as Jon Gordon's daughter, she was raised on them and knows the impact they can have. That's why she is now on a mission to develop positive leaders and build great teams as a keynote speaker and workshop leader for The Jon Gordon Companies.

Jade speaks to companies, schools, and non-profits about leadership and teamwork. Jade is also a former athlete who helps athletes develop a winning and team first mindset.

Jade Gordon is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Communications. After college she moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting while working at Nobu Malibu, a World Famous restaurant. She learned the art of great customer service by loving and caring about the people she encountered daily.

She brings that same love and passion to her keynotes and workshops.

After a career ending injury in 2011,
Thomas transitioned from being a game changer to a life changer. With both national and international speaking engagements, Thomas went from tackling players to helping people tackle goals and accomplishments.

As a standout lacrosse player in high school and college, Dan continued his
career by playing professional lacrosse for four years with the Baltimore Thunder. He earned a spot on the All-Star team and was nominated by his teammates for several awards including the prestigious Service and Unsung Hero awards.

Dan still plays and coaches lacrosse and is also a marathon runner; even
competing twice in the Boston Marathon. He married his high school sweetheart and they reside in Overland Park, Kansas. They have three children all of whom play lacrosse in high school and college.

Rennie Curran

Rennie is a speaker, author, musician, and multiple award winning American football linebacker who uses his platform as a professional athlete empowering audiences to overcome obstacles, stay ahead of the competition, and reach their full potential. His experiences of overcoming many circumstances to reach his dream of becoming a 3rd round draft pick in the NFL gives him a unique perspective on what it takes to handle adversity and maximize opportunities while having a positive impact on others.

Rennie has been counseling and inspiring people for many years. In 2013 he published a motivational self-help book entitled ‘Free Agent’ The Perspectives of a Young African American Athlete’. He has been featured on Fox Sports, USA Today, ESPN College Gameday and The Huffington Post.

When Rennie is not training or speaking, he is usually catching up on one hisfavorite hobbies: music. He grew up playing the piano, drums, and viola. He is also a philanthropist who spends lots of time giving back through several organizations including: Boys and Girls Club, Gifted Foundation, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, MAP Foundation and many more. He resides in Atlanta, GA and has one daughter who keeps him on his toes!

Andrea Sealey

Andrea says that she always knew that her “gift of gab” would one day go from the reason she got in trouble at school to the reason that she would succeed in life. Tami Matheny

Tami Matheny is the owner of Refuse2LoseCoaching, LLC, author, keynote speaker, and a member of the Jon Gordon Team. As a mental game coach, she assists people in all walks of like (not just athletes) with improved confidence, focus, motivation, mental toughness, leadership, teamwork, etc. Tami has a passion for helping others build a foundation of confidence and to rise above adversity. She has seen first-hand how confidence is key in any area of life.

Over 40 years of Tami’s life has been dedicated to athletics whether it was competing, coaching, administration, and now through mental coaching. She has observed and studied what successful athletes, coaches, parents and teams do that set them apart. In her speaking and writing, Tami often uses story telling to get her message across and follows it up with applicable tools to use to help others implement these success principles.
