Thomas played football at University of Southern California where he won 2 national championships and 3 Rose Bowls as a linebacker for the Trojans. He then went on to play 5 years in the NFL, where he was not just focused on winning and competing, but rather mastering goal setting, teamwork, perseverance and leadership. After a career ending injury in 2011,
Thomas transitioned from being a game changer to a life changer. With both national and international speaking engagements, Thomas went from tackling players to helping people tackle goals and accomplishments.
